The Platform is operated by Druvian Studio, a design and technology entity specializing in bespoke creative solutions. These Terms govern your use of our Platform, products, and services, and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Druvian Studio.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or services.

1. Scope of Services

Druvian Studios offers a wide range of creative services including, but not limited to:

• Studio Production: Professional photography (products, weddings, maternity, portfolios, pets), cinematic videography, event coverage, ad films, green/blue screen shoots, and virtual background productions.
• Audio Services: Voiceover and dubbing for films and content, podcast and narration recordings, audio editing, background score creation, and recordings for spiritual and cultural content.
• Digital Marketing:AI-generated content creation, automated reel/story management, end-to-end social media handling, analytics-based strategy, and ad campaign execution across Meta, Google, and YouTube platforms.
• Branding & Design: Logo creation, brand identity design, graphic design (cards, flyers, brochures), motion graphics, animated videos, and event album layout services.
• Printing Services (Planned Phase): Production of custom merchandise, visiting cards, brochures, wedding albums, and more.
• Studio & Co-working Rentals (Upcoming Phase): Space rentals for photography, video shoots, podcasts, and content creation.To send periodic emails regarding order updates, promotional offers, or news

All services are subject to customized quotations, written agreements, scope discussions, and client approval prior to commencement. Project timelines, deliverables, and payment terms will be defined in a mutually agreed contract for each engagement.

2. Booking & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or official quotation approval. Advance payment (typically 50%) is required to initiate work. Full payment is due prior to the release of final deliverables, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Late payments may result in delays, additional charges, or cancellation of services.

3. Intellectual Property

All original content, photography, videography, designs, and materials produced by Druvian Studios remain the intellectual property of the Company unless explicitly transferred via a signed copyright release. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose, as outlined in the project scope.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate information, timely feedback, access to required assets (e.g., logos, brand guidelines), and any necessary approvals for execution. Delays in communication or approvals may impact delivery timelines.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

In the event of cancellation by the client, any advance paid is non-refundable. For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot or service, 100% of the total fee may be charged as a cancellation penalty. Druvian Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a project under unforeseen circumstances and will notify the client promptly.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials, strategies, pricing, and any proprietary information shared during the engagement. Non-disclosure terms may be further detailed in the project contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

Druvian Studios shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the Website or services. Liability, if any, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udupi, Karnataka.
